A year ago today, marks the very first time my website EFORELISA went live. I can’t believe after over ninety posts, countless sleepless nights, thousands of photos and many fashion outfits, look at how far we’ve come. I say “we”, because I couldn’t have been part of this blogging world without my team, Sarah – Creative Director, Jason – Photographer and Eunice – Daily Look Photographer.
I have to be honest. I didn’t think I would make it this far. It started out as an experiment. A platform for me to take my inner creative juices and share it with someone. Along the way I gain a small, but mighty audience. I can’t bare how much gratitude I have for all of you. The patience you have for me, as I grow into a fashion writer/blogger.
There were times when life got the best of me. Either I didn’t have time to write or didn’t get the feedback I had wanted. The frustration took over and I thought of quitting, many times. But when I hear the encouragement I receive from all of you, it lights the fire in me to want to continue writing.
No matter the size of audience, I get to share with you my passion for life, fashion and travel. To create interesting content that revolves around me.
A special thanks to my family and friends, especially my husband Peter. He’s been rooting for me throughout my journey of blog hood. Your continuous support lets me pursue my passion. I can’t ask for a better partner. Much love babe!
Please share (but not obligated to) my blog if you feel it can inspire someone. And if there’s anything you’d like me to write about, whether it’s fashion, being a mom, styling, travel or whatever comes to mind. Leave me a comment below.
Thank you & love you ALL!

Here’s a look back on my first blog post. I’ve come a long way since that day, haven’t I?
FALL INTO ACCESSORIES
Accessories are great way to update an outfit, whether it’s a pair of new earrings or a new scarf. It helps add texture and color. In this photo, I have my favorite tote from Celine made of calf hair and cow hide. Given the size and materials used, it provides durability for tote-ing around my everyday essentials when I go to work. The colors of Black and Tan from the calf hair makes it easy to match up any outfit of the day.
My retrofit shoes from Chanel paired with a pair of Swiss dot anklet socks gives a little flair of vintage vibe with functionality of keeping the toes toasty when the temperatures drop. It also help disguises my lack of pedicure treatment. Both of these accessories make my ordinary white pleated skirt complete.
